We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment firm. We do not accept deposits for investment purposes. All trading activity occurs in a simulated environment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Trading Rules and Evaluation

Participation in our evaluation program is subject to specific trading rules (e.g., daily drawdown limits, maximum loss limits, profit targets). These rules are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Violation of these rules constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your evaluation or funded account without refund.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Fees

All fees for evaluation challenges are non-refundable once the service has commenced (i.e., once you have placed your first trade), except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Engage in fraudulent trading practices, including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging between accounts, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Services.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or trade on behalf of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Wobo Capital are the property of Wobo Capital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wobo Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
